The product captures the audio and presents the logged information through a secure user-friendly interface with full-fledged features for call monitoring and evaluations. Calls can be accessed from any desktop for policy compliance verifications, and reports can be generated for appraisals to improve efficiency and performance.
Just like the other models of Comtelnet loggers, the IP model is a passive logger that does not tamper with the voice quality or the signaling system. There is no change required in the existing system configuration to install this model of the logging system.
